Reservations

At Songbird, every appointment is reserved with intention—time set aside for you and the artist you’ve chosen.

To hold that time, all appointments are secured with a card on file and confirmed at the time of booking. This allows us to offer each guest our full attention, without interruption or overbooking.

If you need to make a change, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments adjusted within that window, or missed entirely, are subject to a cancellation fee, as that time has been reserved especially for you.

We understand that life occasionally has other plans, and we approach those moments with care. At the same time, these guidelines allow us to protect the time of our artists and the experience of all of our guests.
